This pier, made up of two branches meeting at right angles, is terminated by a pier which leaves, between its end and the North pier, a pass of 250 meters. The Port of Alger is managed and operated by Enterprise Portuaire d’ALGER (EPAL) and is coordinated by the National Corporation of Maritime Transportation and the Algerian Navigation Company.
