Total dockage fees are based on overall length of boat (including swim platforms, bow pulpits, boomkins, bow sprits & dinghies) or dock whichever is greater. ALL DOCKAGE RATES INCLUDE ELECTRICITY, WATER, PARKING, AND WIFI. CABLE TELEVISION IS INCLUDED FOR DOCKS 28FT AND OVER. ALL DOCKAGE IS PAY BEFORE YOU STAY PROOF OF INSURANCE IS REQUIRED BEFORE DOCKING
