We already have the Iridium GO,and the external antenna. we are interested in changing providers for the data and email and weater packages. Could you send us details on how to do this as well as costs? I imagine we need a new Sim card ?

Will I be able to keep my current iridium email address on the switch over

I’m in the UK, caught up by the covid-19 lockdown, when I should be on my way to Australia. Things are starting to open up here so it’s time to get going. Question, seeing international transport is still hugely disrupted, do you have stock of Iridium Go already in the UK? If not, how long can I expect one to be shipped here, given likely customs duty implications?

In Australia, we also have a warehouse so the unit could be shipped straight to the boat if you would prefer.
Tax is calculated based on the delivery country and Australian GST @ 10% is cheaper than UK VAT, so something to consider.

I have an Iridium Extreme 9575 on my boat and I‘m considering getting an Iridium GO in addition, because of its ease of use. Can I use your Simcard in a case of emergency also in the Extreme 9575 or just in the Iridium GO?

The short answer is yes. We are a New Zealand based company and we use a distribution warehouse in Germany to ship our products to the UK. You will not pay VAT when you buy the unit, but you will be charged import duties by UK customs before the package will be released.
