In the wake of the current global outbreak of COVID-19, we wanted to take this time to communicate our business operations and response.

Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we expect to continue delivering the same level of excellent service and have the following measures in place:

Infrastructure: 

Our services are hosted through a high availability premium cloud partner – AWS Amazon Web Services and so we do not anticipate any system interruption.

Forecast Reliability:

Over the last 12 years forecast reliability is a key goal, and we have developed robust systems to automatically generate forecasts twice daily. We have monitoring systems in place to immediately alert PredictWind developers of any issues. The automation in our forecast systems has given PredictWind proven reliability.

Support Staff: 

We are still here to help in these troubled times! The PredictWind support team (10) are working remotely to keep our staff & community safe from COVID-19.  Most of our staff are based in New Zealand, which so far has not experienced community transmission of COVID-19.

Stock levels:

We have deep stock levels of Iridium GO!, SIM Cards & Yb3i devices, across 4 distribution centres (USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand) giving you confidence in our ability to deliver.

Delivery Times:

Currently, normal delivery times apply, so you can order with confidence.

Iridium Network:

The Iridium Network is a proven and reliable network that has been used by the US military and government services for many years. We have assurances from Iridium that they do not expect any disruption to their service due to the outbreak of COVID-19.
