Prices for Marina Moorage (Effective March 31st, 2019) Annual Moorage: $8 per foot per month Semi-Annual Moorage: $9.10 per foot per month Upon contract signing, the total moorage must be paid in full. One month before of the contract, notice and payment will be required in order to retain the slip for the following year. Summer Moorage: $10.00 per foot per month Summer Moorage is considered any moorage under a 6-month time period. Moorage payment will be due upon contract signing. One month before expiration of the contract, notice and payment will be required in order to retain the slip for the following year. Hydro Fees: 12 cents per kilowatt hour used Hydro fees will be billed semi-annually.
