The port of Calais is linked to the European river network by a lock in the Carnot basin. The pleasure basin (western basin) is a floating basin equipped with a lock accessible 2 hours before PM and up to 3 hours after, at a fixed time. Opening time October 1 to April 14: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. April 15 to June 14: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. June 15 to August 31 : 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. September 1 to 30 : 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. * Times provided for information only and can be adjusted according to the opening hours of the bridge.
