Le Port de Dieppe

The Dieppe Port Authority, staffed by nine personnel, oversees maritime traffic regulation, vessel placement, and management of mobile structures, operating under port police authority as per Ports of Normandy regulations (Art R 5333-10 of the Transport Code). The Harbor Master's Office is responsible for assigning docking spaces, ensuring safety and security protocols, environmental conservation, and equipment security. The authority monitors compliance with navigation and port regulations, manages incident responses, pollution control, and assists vessels in distress. Additionally, it provides approval for authorized ship repairs and consults on port infrastructure design.
