General information: the town of Menaggio is one of the most characteristics of Lake Como and has a strong tourist vocation. The municipal port is located along the pretty lakeside promenade and mostly hosts local boats. At 0.1 miles to the north, you can find a pier for temporary moorings, the landing of which does not always offer adequate shelter in case of winds from the south. There is also another temporary mooring 0.1 miles to the south, in "La Darsena", a few meters from a convenient petrol station on the Regina state road.
