The Sixhaven is located in the centre of Amsterdam on the river ‘IJ’ opposite the Central Railway Station. You can reach the Sixhaven with upright mast from the IJsselmeer (lake IJssel) and the North Sea. The Sixhaven is conveniently situated near the centre of Amsterdam, which can be reached by ferry about 5 minutes walk from the Sixhaven. A short ferry trip (5 minutes) will take you to the Central Railway Station. The ferries go frequently, day and night
