About Bill Bird Marina
Nestled in Haulover Beach Park between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, this marina is a gateway to spectacular fishing, home to the largest charter/drift fishing fleet in South Florida. Approaching from the sea, the marina is located on the east side of the ICW at St. Mile 1079. From the north, leave ICW Marker "5" to port and you will see the marina on your port side. Stay close to the shore and docks as you approach since there is a sandbar between the ICW and the Haulover Inlet Channel. Positioned at 25° 54.2' N., 80° 8.4' W., the marina offers an approach depth of 8 to 10 feet and a dockside depth of 8.5 feet, accommodating vessels up to 120 feet. Facilities include a bait and tackle shop, boat rentals, drift boats, and electric hookups up to 50 amps. There are also fish cleaning areas, freshwater hookups, gas and diesel fuel, a marine store, pump-out services, and rack dry storage. The newly renovated Bill Bird Marina features a full-service setup with gated entry to 152 wet slips, accommodating vessels from 35 to 120 feet, each providing access to electricity and water. The dock master building offers marina patrons a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, vending machines, ice, and restrooms with showers. Additional amenities include a dive boat, fuel dock, pump-out station, bait and tackle stores, boat launching ramps, dry storage, boat and jet-ski rentals, boat repairs, and a restaurant. Whether you're a transient visitor or a long-term patron, this marina provides a comprehensive range of services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable boating experience.
