Grayhaven State Harbor

Grayhaven State Harbor is owned by the DNR and State of Michigan. The Harbor offers 78 boat slips that can accommodate watercraft up to 30 feet. The Harbor offers special amenities such as transient dockage, laundry facility, bathrooms,showers ( soap/shampoo included), Wi-Fi, boaters lounge, a superb sailing school and an outdoor gathering space with a bonfire area in a spacious park area along the river. The harbor is located next toMaheras Gentry City Park with playground and picnic shelters and is close to Belle Isle State Park and Lake St. Clair. Visitors can enjoy a day of kayaking, sailing, power or fishing tours, sailing lessons, joining a crescent racing crew, and become a member of Detroit Community Sailing Center boat club. We offer kayak storage and launchings as well. Call KDC Marine Services at 313 808-3342 to set up a launch. We offer USCG certified Captains for private lessons on boat safety, driving lessons, sailing, rigging and boat handling, great place to see the moon.
