Good cement docks with water and power stations at each slip. Restrooms are limited to two porta potties, which need cleaning and hand sanitizer. Easy to get in and out of slips, and you have good water even at very low tide. People are friendly too. Close to restaurants and stores, plus it is serviced by the pump out guy, so you don't have to motor to the pump out station which is nearby. no reciprocating moorage
