About We have owned and operated Fin and Feather Marina for nearly 40 years. There are no marinas or development to the east of our property and development there is prohibited in the future. Prevailing south winds make it a safe body of water to boat in, no matter the size of your boat. We pride ourselves as being the closest to the best bass and perch fishing in the area. The inner bay is sought out by people for its fishing in all of Ontario. It is also a favourite for many for its ideal conditions for many water sports. We have approximately 150 trailer sites on the property with a good portion of them being waterfront. Included in that number of sites is a section that are totally park model trailers. All park model sites do not have any residents behind or in front of them, which offers them plenty of privacy. Some have private docks on their own channel as well. We have 30 boathouses that will accommodate boats from 15 to 25 feet. There are approximately 150 docks that will accommodate boats up to 30 feet long. There is a selection of sizes of docks with some having no services and others having water and hydro. We have a clubhouse onsite where residents play cards, darts and enjoy social and family gatherings. We pride ourselves in our park being well maintained and generating a serene, quiet, and relaxing environment for its residents. We look forward to hearing from you.
