About Marina Santa Giusta
Marina Santa Giusta is protected by an outer breakwater about 1.542 km long, fully quaked, oriented NNW and a small outer breakwater perpendicular to the coast. It is little used. The small port is protected by an elbow breakwater with four wharf arms still under construction and by a large breakwater, both signaled at the end by two lanterns. Internally there is a dock which houses two fixed docks and one floating. Dangers: pay attention to the silted access channel. Hours of access: continuous. Access: be careful when entering with winds from quadrant IV; blocked access channel. Headlights and lights:1385 (E 1103.24) - red flashing light, 3 sec., range 4 M on the breakwater; 1385.3 (E 1103.26) - green flashing light, 3 sec., range 4 M on the inner breakwater; 1385.33 (E 1103.28) - beacon with fixed red light, 2 vert., range 1 m on the internal reef. Seabed: medium-sized sandy. Depths: on the quay from 1 to 3 m. Berths: 350. Maximum length: 10 m. Prohibitions: prohibition of mooring at the quay (still being completed) due to the presence of rocks; to the north, between Punta de S'Aschivoni and Capo Frasca, transit for air military exercises is forbidden. Winds:predominantly those of the fourth quadrant. Traversy: west and mistral. Close: sirocco.
