Parker's Marina

The marina has been improved with an upgrade in electricity and water. Along with a privacy gate. Located at 1004 Monroe Bay Ave. 703-987-3919 38.24° N 76.96° W 38 seasonal slips/moorings transient slips ice accommodates vessels up to 50' fish cleaning station 30 and 50amp service While some of the marinas do have boat ramp facilities, there is a town boat ramp just prior to the entrance to the Colonial Beach Yacht Center. There is no charge to use the ramp, but parking for trucks with boat trailers will cost $35.
