Sanitary building with showers and toilets (included in berth fees). Laundry facilities (washer & dryer) available (coin-operated). Leisure & Amenities Grill area adjacent to clubhouse. Easy access to island village services (shops, cafés, restaurants). 🌊 Navigation & Tidal Notes Harbour can be shallow significantly at low tide; tidal knowledge and timing are essential. Access is typically via marked Wattfahrwasser channels from Neßmersiel or Norderney routes. Depths around harbour approach often ~1–1.5 m at MLW on soft sand bottom.
