Welcome to Mariposa Landing Marina Located on Couchiching Point Road at the Atherly narrows between Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching, with 153 covered deep water slips from 22 to 55 feet, handling pleasure boats to yachts with water and hydro and parking right at your own private slip, sewage pump-out station conveniently located and accessed. We also have 30 open dock slips for the pleasure boater and yachts as well. Our 20-acre park like facility is your home away from home with private washrooms and showers, bring your BBQ set up and relax on your very own deck, or ride your bikes on the adjacent trails into Tudhope park/beaches or downtown Orillia. We are located just an hours drive out of the GTA. We offer various options of Winter Storage. Shrink wrapping is also available.
