The crew members at Downtown Docks have the knowledge required to assist you or your captain with docking and properly securing your vessel to the dock. We assure you that your vessel is safe and secure as it is moored at Downtown Docks. There is no greater place to dock in Chicago. In the heart of The Second City, you can enjoy the great new additions to the Chicago Riverwalk from the privacy and comfort of your own vessel. If you are running late to your reserved slip, please let the Dockmaster know via “WhatsApp”. WhatApp is mobile and decktop app with voice calls, video calls and text. Start by clicking the icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. 11 am - 9 pm Open later on Wednesdays and Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
