Frankfort Municipal Marina, Mineral Springs Park Frankfort, MI US. The City of Frankfort’s Municipal Marina on Betsie Bay offers many amenities to area boaters including seasonal and transient accommodations, gasoline and diesel fuel, ice, electricity, water hook-up, key-coded restrooms and shower facilities for added security, VHF-FM radio, holding tank pump outs, dock attendants and a dedicated harbormaster. The marina is open the beginning of May through mid-October. Hours vary throughout the season. City of Frankfort Municipal Launch Ramp (231) 352-4722 The municipal boat launch is located off Open Space Park in downtown Frankfort. The boat launch, which is open from mid-April to mid-October, offers restroom facilities and cleaning station. Seasonal launch ramp passes are $30 for City of Frankfort residents and $60 for non-residents. Daily passes are $10. Please note: There is no overnight camping at either the boat launch or marina parking areas.
