About Blue Bay Campground
Blue Bay Campground, Lake Building Venue, and Day Use Area are commercial businesses owned and operated by the Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes and managed by the Wildland Recreation Program and Blue Bay Campground staff. We strive to provide a comfortable, healthy, and safe environment for all guests to enjoy the scenic beauty and recreational opportunities that Flathead Lake and the surrounding area offer. We take pride in being an alcohol-free campground, ensuring that all visitors can fully immerse themselves in the tranquil ambiance we provide. In an effort to cater to the needs of the people residing in the Flathead Reservation and the wider community, we operate on a fair and equitable first-come, first-served basis. The fees collected help cover only a portion of the total costs required for personnel staffing, grounds operation and maintenance, and improvements. Peak Season Dates: May 1 - September 30 Off-Season Dates: October 1 - April 30 Blue Bay recognizes Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Members only. Members from other tribes are considered Non-Members.
