About Carolina Beach State Park Marina
With a marina providing access to some of North Carolina's best fishing spots, a secluded camping area beneath towering trees, and miles of hiking trails that traverse a variety of distinct habitats—not to mention the presence of the Venus flytrap, one of the world's unique carnivorous plants—it's no wonder Carolina Beach State Park is a popular coastal attraction. Located in an area steeped in both history and natural diversity, the park includes a visitor's center with exhibits depicting the wonders of its environment. Located at statute mile 297. There is a marked channel off Snows Cut. 3 pairs of red and green markers, 6.0 MLW. Good marina for smaller boats, but can accommodate 43-foot boats on A dock and at the T docks on A and B. No current in basin, but can be strong sideways currents in approach channel off Snows Cut Marina is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Fuel dock hours are: 8:00 am to 6:45 pm through the winter months. Gas has 10% ethanol.
