Anchor Cove Marina

Anchor Cove is a condominium ownership marina featuring 167 slips with nominal moorage lengths of 40, 45 and 55 feet. Our generous stick-out allowances make our slips equivalent in boat lengths to other marina’s 45, 50 and 60 foot slips. 125 of the slips are covered, with nominal lengths of 40 and 45 feet. Our 6-foot roof overhang provides extra weather protection not found at most other marinas. Anchor Cove Marina is located in Anacortes’ “Old Town” district at the intersection of 5th Street and K Avenue, in a residential neighbourhood just a five block walk from north Commercial Avenue’s antique shops, pubs, and restaurants. Anchor Cove is the only marina in Anacortes with a full time live-in harbourmaster and a perimeter fence with a controlled gate, so vehicles are secure as well as boats. Unique features are a full shop for project work, a patio with barbecue grills a crab cooker, and a place to store tenders over the winter. Our landscaping is amazing, with plants and flowers distributed shore-side year round. Of course, we have shower facilities, a laundry, a pump out cart, and even a library. Our owners and tenants remark that we are the most friendly marina they have ever experienced.
