Municipal water and 110V/15 amp power are available at the dock. If you are interested in available space, please contact us to inquire. We use our John Deere 9400 tractor along with our Conolift SL-40 Marine Hydraulic Sling Lift Trailer to gently haul your boat out of the water. We offer monthly or yearly options for dry land boat storage. For any repairs, cleaning, or maintenance needs, please feel free to do so. We can also provide you with access to our barge landing area; just contact us to reserve a time. Depending on your needs, there may be a landing fee charged. Frequent users can opt for annual fees as well. Additionally, we are proud to offer our new office and marine supply building, which is stocked with an array of marine supplies and other surprises. Our concrete wash pad, measuring 30’ x 70’, is equipped with a 3000 psi 4GPM pressure washer, making it an ideal place to remove dirt and debris from your boat. You can choose between 15-degree and 40-degree nozzles. All wash water is filtered and recycled. Our 28’ x 110’ concrete ramp is reserved for smaller boat launches (vehicle and trailer) when it is not being used by our SL-40 Sling Lift Trailer for larger boats.
