Hvalpsund Marina The marina is a municipal port located in the Vesthimmerland municipality in Lounshalvøen, where the waters between Himmerland and Salling are smaller. The yacht club and its areas have been continuously renovated over the last few years with new bridges and electric poles everywhere. Thisted Sailing Club has a FREE, powerful and working wireless internet connection, several good barbecue areas and a small playground. The clubhouse contains a new kitchen, all in kitchen cabinets and TV (except pay channels) and is open to guest sailors in the period from May 1 to mid-September.
