Marina Lepanto
In Friuli Venezia Giulia, in the center of the Upper Adriatic
Some descriptionMarina Lepanto enjoys a strategic position in the Upper Adriatic.
Marina Lepanto can be reached in a short time, with convenient communication routes, from the whole Friuli Venezia Giulia Region (Trieste, Udine, Pordenone, Gorizia) and from nearby Veneto, as well as from Slovenia, Austria and Germany.
The connections both by motorway and by air certainly represent one of Marina Lepanto's surpluses: the Liesert tollbooth, the final gateway to the A4 motorway, allows the motorist to arrive almost at the entrance to the marina itself. One minute is enough to cover the very short distance that separates you from your boat. For this reason, the motorway is therefore the most convenient way for all users of boaters from northern Italy.
Unlike other ports in the Upper Adriatic (eg Lignano, Aprilia Marittima, Jesolo, San Giorgio di Nogaro ...) the sea exit from Marina Lepanto towards the Slovenian and Croatian coasts is almost immediate, as the distance to reach the cost is really minimal.
For foreign boaters, the Ronchi dei Legionari airport is also available, from which you can reach Marina Lepanto in just a few minutes, either via the Ronchi / Lisert motorway route, or via a short route through the town of Monfalcone.
The Marina Lepanto is an ideal starting point for reaching the splendid coastal towns of the whole Upper Adriatic, such as Grado, Lignano, Venice, Trieste, but not only; from here, all the tourist ports of Istria (Slovenia - Piran, Portoroz, and Croatia - Umago, Novigrad, Parenzo, Vrsar, Rovigno) can be reached in a short time for all Friuli Venezia Giulia boaters (Trieste, Udine, Pordenone, Gorizia ) and neighboring Veneto, as well as Austria, Germany, and all of central Europe.
For the summer cruise, important trips can be planned to the splendid Dalmatian resorts, Lošinj, Cres, the Kornati, which become a convenient destination, being reachable with a pleasant coastal navigation of Istria, without the worry of demanding road crossings.
