Cockrell's Marine Railway has a new look and brand new facilities for the recreational boater and anglers headed to the Northern Neck. We have 25 new electrified slips, both covered and open, with 30 amp, twin 30 amp or 50 amp power. 100 more slips are schedule for completion soon! Cockrell's is ideally located near Smith Point at the mouth of the Potomac River. We are strategically located for boaters wishing to explore Tangier and Smith Islands and fisherman wanting to try their luck at one of the top angling spots in the entire Chesapeake Bay. Transient and permanent slips are available. Our new office building and shower facilities were completed during the fall of 2004. On premises repair facilities, 50 ton railway and 25 ton travel lift are also available.
