Executed License agreement with payment and insurance coverage approved by WMC (liability, property damage insurance including hull, machinery & SRCC with a minimum $300,000 and The (Washington Marina) as an additional insured will be required prior to occupying the slip Holdovers will be charged the daily transient rate ***Rates and prices subject to change without notice*** Charters and Airbnb’s are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the Recreational License Agreement and forfeiture of slip fees
