Excellent service. Berthing master greets you on VHF 68 and directs you to a berth. Some pontoon not directly connected to land bur a harbour taxi service operates. Excellent shoreside facilities and good restaurants. On western side across bridge over river Yar is a picnic area. Great trip idea is an open top bus to the Needles battery or stop at Alum Bay with chair lift to the beach. Restauran
