About The Crannagh

The Cranagh Marina offers over 200m of pontoons and has a large number of deep water moorings (Up to 3m at Equinoxal Lows). With electricity and water available on both sides of the marina, and the onsite restaurant, activity centre and watersports shop it is the best serviced marina in the Bann Estuary.

Seatons Marina

At present we accommodate about 50 boats. Our regular yachts and motor boats range from 18ft up to about 40ft. Most of these are on pontoon berths, as well as a number on fore and aft moorings, ashore, or here for winter storage only. We also have many smaller motor boats. Our pontoons are equipped with water and power, and our customer area has facilities for making tea and coffee, as well as a shower and toilet. We are tidal, so it’s a good idea to check the state of the tide if you plan to use the slipway.

Portglenone Marina

The Marina at Portglenone is situated off the Gortgole Road on the banks of the River Bann, about 9 miles west of Ballymena. In addition to the 30 berths, the facility also provides a trailer park, slipway rigging area, canoe steps, pump out facility, security fencing, car park, camping area and picnic areas overlooking the river. The entrance to the site is open from 7.00am each morning and is closed at dusk.

Foyle Port Marina provides complete protection and shelter from all conditions. The well-marked commercial shipping channel, supported by a lighthouse with sectored light, provides safe access in all reasonable conditions, night and day. Although tidal streams are occasionally strong they abate as a vessel progresses inside the Lough making the pontoon approachable at all states of the tide.
