About Heritage Plantation Marina
Heritage Plantation Marina is a deep water marina located six miles north of Georgetown, SC on the ICW and Waccamaw River. The marina is located within the gated community of Heritage Plantation, which was developed on the original sites of Midway and True Blue rice plantations in historic Pawleys Island, SC. Intertwined throughout the community is the Heritage Plantation Golf Club, one of the area's premiere public courses with breathtaking views of the river, marshes and stately live oaks. The marina has over 600’ of face dock with a mean low water depth of 30’ giving it the ability to accommodate larger vessels. Interior dockage of over 1,600’ is available for long term contracts. The Dock House is available for reading quietly or watching television, and the sunset views from the deck and crows nest are amazing. Restrooms, showers and laundry facilities are available at the Dock House.
