About Port du Basset

The port of Basset offers a magnificent view of the Pre-Alps of Vaud, Valais and the Alps, with the charismatic Ile de Salagnon in the foreground. Montreux is located 2 km east of the port of Basset. La Tour-de-Peilz is located 3 km west of the port. The port warden's office is located at the eastern end of the SNMC Clubhouse terrace. The Port du Basset offers free, non-secure and free basic Wi-Fi access to Montreux from the municipality of Montreux.
