Island Pointe Marina, located at 434 Anchors Way, St Joseph, MI 49085, United States. Welcome! Island Pointe Marina in Saint Joseph, Michigan is a waterfront community comprised of 61 single-family homes and 116 boats slips. We are located at the southern end of Marina Island with over 2200 feet of water frontage on the St. Joseph River and the Morrison Channel. Our community features a wonderful clubhouse with a large entertainment area, full kitchen, laundry facilities, restrooms with showers, and vending machines. A large patio with a heated pool, hot tub, and lounging furniture are located just off the rear of the clubhouse. We also boast a beautiful gazebo and a newly constructed fire pit on the southeast corner of the island with panoramic views of the St. Joseph River, a nature area, scenic walkways, picnic and play areas.
