The courses are taught throughout the year (every day in the high season and on weekends the rest of the year) in a proportion of five students per monitor and are held in the vicinity of the Club, in front of the beach of Coroso. In our desire to promote the sport of sailing as much as possible, the participation of "non-members" in the organized courses is allowed. The Club participates with its regatta teams in the different sporting events held throughout Galicia.
