The closest hazardous waste container is located at K-Citymarket in Ruoholahti and is open during store opening hours. You can bring energy-saving lamps and fluorescent tubes, as well as vehicle coolant, brake and clutch fluid, as well as adhesives, paints and varnishes, free of charge. It is also possible to empty the chemical toilet in the port. The septic drainage device is shared with the Sindbad Yacht Club and the Sports Agency. The device can be found in the vicinity of the mast crane on the southern edge of the harbor basin. Members watch the harbor at night, each on a shift once a season.
