Marina Wendtorf

Marina Wendtorf has been a modern, family-friendly port since 2015 with new, well-equipped real wooden walkways and new, modern sanitary facilities. The port can be reached quickly by car. Kiel city center can be reached in around 20 minutes by car or alternatively by bus or ferry. Due to the very short distance to the Baltic Sea, the marina is the perfect starting point for both shorter fishing trips and longer trips to the Danish South Seas or to the east. Two bakers and a supermarket are very close by. There are two snack bars in the harbor and many great restaurants in the area. A highlight is the small fishing port, where you can buy freshly caught fish and fine fish platters for grilling, as well as the legendary fish rolls with homemade cod patties. The young, active port team is on site from morning to evening and is on hand to offer guests advice and assistance.
