About Kenese Marina Port

On the eastern shore of the eastern basin of Lake Balaton is the port of Kenese Port, which is the largest port on the eastern shore. It has a public berth with 270 pilings and can accommodate 10 guests at a time (four boats at the end of the pier and the rest at the north shore wall). The port building accommodates 36 guests in 17 rooms. The 74 rooms of the four-star Hotel Marina Port (including 2 apartments) can accommodate almost two hundred people. The harbour entrance is easy to find in the evening or at night, thanks to the blue light at the top of the hotel. The small grocery store at the harbour entrance is open all year. The port is well protected from all winds, although the easterly wind can cause some fluctuations in the port basin. The northwest wind can blow very hard. There is a green-white column at the tops of the eastern pillars and a horizontal stripe at the western ones, red and white, with green and red flashing lights at night. The port of TVSK is located on the northern shore of the western basin of Lake Balaton. Out of 100 stacked berths, there are 3 berths at the outer end of the pier. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve guests in advance. The harbour entrance was illuminated at night. The port is also called Kingfisher Port. Ábrahámhegy's coastline, where the Bök-nose extends into Lake Balaton, has been called Kingfisher for decades and is used as a port. Places of interest in the area: XVII. James Philip Roman Church was built in the 16th century. The port of the Káptalan Water Sports Association is located on the northern shore of the eastern basin of Lake Balaton. The small marina and boat dock are for private use and do not accept guests. The port has 35 berths for a fine vessel with a length of not more than five meters and a small draft. On the left side of the entrance, there are two fishing piers in the reeds. The width of the waterway is 5 meters, the water depth is only half a meter!
