Then comes the management of the port of Palumbalza , also known as Porto Oro , a small marina with only 40 berths, very exclusive part of the area of the Luxury Hotel Palumbalza . The excellent work done and results obtained at the port of Palumbalza allows Lomar to become an established company and leader in the fast expanding sector . In fact 8 years later, in 1992, the experience and professionalism of Lomar was chosen for the management of the Marina di Asfodeli . For two years Lomar maintains the management of both navies. In 1994 he decided to abandon Palumbalza to concentrate on the expansion project of the Marina di Asfodeli . Subsequently in 2006, Lomar acquired the Marina exclusively. Thanks to the vast clientele that the Marina has acquired in recent years, becoming an important reference point on the Costa Smeralda , in 2008 an important redevelopment of the port begins : the pier is completely demolished and then rebuilt in special African woods ( Azobè, Iroko and Yellow Balau ).
