150 – 40′, 55′ and 70′ Marina Boat Slips Available ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN THE LEASE PRICE With proximity to downtown Louisville, RiverPark Place’s marina boat slips are one of the best docking options on the Ohio River, as well as the largest. The marina offers spectacular views and high-quality construction. The floating docks feature Trex® decking, for a natural look and comfortable feel that stands the test of time. The docks are handicap accessible, and water and electricity are available at every slip. Additional amenities include a pump station, laundry services, showers and restrooms and Dock Shop. Gated docks are an added security feature. Seasonal lease packages include all utilities. Transient/Guest spaces are available for $50 on weeknights and $75 on weekends. Approaching the marina from the southwest (the side of the island closest to Louisville) is the best option. Keep an eye out for the submerged barge near the island's base. (If you have a depth detector, the northeast entry is OK.)
