In 1955, Reds Eldridge and his wife Mary carried out their dream to build and create a sheltered harbor on the scenic Sassafras River. In 1975, Reds and Mary's daughter Carol, along with her husband Dick purchased the marina and continued to expand and improve this beautiful protected facility. Located 8.5 nautical miles from the Chesapeake Bay, on Maryland's Eastern shore, offering : 120 slips most with drive-up or parking access, clean heated and air conditioned shower and laundry facilities, double launching ramp with ample day and overnight parking, provision for monthly and seasonal land storage, ship store, fuel dock, modern pump out, beach , picnic areas, pool, and play facility. The service department offers a courteous, reliable staff of factory trained and certified technicians to assure you trouble free service.
