Harbor Cove Marina

Harbor Cove Marina, located at 1033 Minnesota Ave, Duluth, MN 55802, is part of the Park Point Marina Inn. This marina is situated on Park Point, the world's longest freshwater sandbar, offering a serene environment with stunning views of Lake Superior. Kept our boat here for several seasons, mostly due to proximity to Duluth and the Canal Park area. The docks are reasonable, bathrooms average, and parking in front of docks. The persons owning the establishment provided miserable customer service. An onsite boatyard (separate business) provides reasonable dockside services (pump outs). Dockage escalates at least 10% a year with no explanation as to why. No on site security for boats. The facility is not dog friendly. No transient docks available. Other marinas in the area are much more accommodating to customers. Historical Significance: The marina is built on the site of the historic Duluth Boat Club, which was the largest water club in North America in the early 1900s
