Joy’s Marina *Under Construction* Coming Spring 2024 Joy’s Marina – “Set Sail Here” – is located at 245 William R. Harvey Way and sits along the Hampton River of the Chesapeake Bay in Hampton, Virginia. Conveniently located off Interstate 64 and near the historic campus of Hampton University, Joy’s Marina serves as a premiere docking station for visitors and locals alike. A development plan is in progress to revitalize Joy’s Marina as a fully functional marina, complete with concierge service for lease holders and visitors to the area. The revitalization plan includes modern floating docks with 67 boat slips, accommodation for larger vessels, men’s and women’s bathroom facilities, a boaters’ lounge, paved parking lot, warming kitchen, WIFI, and preordered catering. Marina operations will be daily from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. Both lease holders and visitors to the area will be accommodated, and the marina will be open to the public.
