Confederation Basin Marina

Please be advised that the City of Kingston has implemented the following COVID-19 marina protocols that will affect our level of service for the 2021 boating season. Limited slips available to manage physical distancing between boaters when docked at both marinas. All boaters must remain on your boat when docked. Lawn chairs or portable barbecues are not permitted on the docks. This will allow space for other boaters to gain access to their boats safely. Boaters/guests are required to wear a face covering on the docks, in the marina office and when accessing washrooms. Shower facilities are not available until further notice. Please be advised that we are not offering laundry services in 2021. Please speak with marina staff about information on local laundry services close to both marinas. All boaters who require fuel or pump out services at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour Marina are required to wear a face covering at the gas dock area until services are completed on your boat. Confederation Basin Marina is in the heart of historic downtown Kingston. The marina is close to theatre, shopping, restaurants, museums and nightlife. Kingston is in a unique location where the Rideau River and Lake Ontario meet and flow into the St. Lawrence River and is renowned as the fresh-water sailing capital of North America. The marina is located in front of City Hall, behind the Shoal Tower and across the water from Old Fort Henry.
