Dalhousie Yacht Club located at 74 Lighthouse Rd, St. Catharines, ON L2N 7P5, Canada. Visitors may tie up on the club's visitor wall on the east side of the harbour. Port fenders and a bow upstream approach are recommended for both the visitor wall and fuel dock. The club also has docks on the west side of the harbour and a dock attendant may assign you a west side-slip if you wish according to availability. A small hydropowered dam upstream creates a nasty current when the spillway is open (2-3 kts avg). Also, be aware that winds from the north can set up a surge. If you are on the wall, secure your vessel well and use plenty of fenders and a fender board
