Marina de Badalona, ​​SA, is a mercantile company, initially of public capital, incorporated on May 23, 2000 indefinitely, whose corporate purpose is the comprehensive management of the process of remodeling and urban and economic development of the Badalona seafront , including the construction, operation and management of the city's Marina and Fishing Port. The company is 50% owned by the Badalona City Council and 50% by the Barcelonés County Council. Marina de Badalona is the concessionaire for the management and operation of the Port -a concession that it obtained from the Executive Council of the Generalitat de Catalunya on January 22, 2002- and it is by agreement of the Plenum of the Town Council, Urban Administration acting through the cooperation process for the management of the Special Plan for the Port of Badalona.
