River City Marina, located at 800 S Wells St Chicago, IL 60607 Bubbler system allows wintering in water boat storage We are Chicago's only gated year-round live-aboard boating community. Leasing seasons: summer, winter, or year-round. In-marina slips are privately owned with another 7 rental slips riverside for 40'-120' yachts. In-marina slips range 20' to 88' yachts. Located in the heart of Downtown Chicago on the South Branch of the Chicago River between Harrison Street and Roosevelt Road.
